A big thank you goes to those who attended Shinwa’s kata and kumite course today. Although a little low in numbers due to the Easter break, there was lots of sweat gained; an indicate that everyone gave a hundred percent. Well done!!

May I remind those of you that were unable to attend, that it is a requirement. Please bear in mind that If you do not attend the required number of courses, you will not be allowed to take your next grading until the above is reached.
